Ascension Capital changes name to Being AI

ACE shareholders vote overwhelmingly to support the proposal for reverse takeover by Being AI. The shares will trade once again, under Being AI "BAI" from 10am on Tuesday 2 April 2024.

"Ascension Capital has successfully completed the acquisition of the Being Group of Companies and has issued all authorised shares. As a result, the company now has 1,868,018,828 shares on issue." BusinessDesk
